It was long queue during registration but the wait wasn’t long. Fruit juice was even offered for waiting guests. Room was nice, clean and with a side bed. Bed was comfy and coffee,tea all available in the room. Great location as it’s just a walk away to Marina Square. Able to see fireworks during NDP at swimming pool floor.

Excellent location - the views over the Marina are all special, but we asked for a room with a view of the light show in the Gardens in the Bay and the Marina (It was a special holiday) and were given a lovely ‘sea-side’ room - so every evening we had a great view of both the Gardens light show and the water display on the water. Shopping Malls all round (very easy to get lost) and behind hotel is a the Esplanade, alongside the Marina, with restaurants and delicious ice-cream from the stall near the bridge! There are free concerts in the Marina outdoor theatre and a small Hawker Food Market open there every night. Plus the Mall restaurants.. No need to go far.

The location was fantastic! We had a bay view room overlooking Marina Bay Sands, on the 13th floor! The room was very spacious and modern with floor to ceiling windows. The atrium of the hotel was amazing with flowers and plants trailing the inner courtyard area. The pool area was also lovely, with lots of beds, and water was warm and great to swim in.

Great location. A 10 minute walk to Raffles Hotel and Raffles City Mall (m and s food hall). Lovely open swimming pool with plenty of shady beds. Lovely room service staff who did a great job.

Great location, indoor mall access, 2 near by metro station (you can use apple pay to access the MRT no need to buy tickets every time) 2 underpass to city hall station The room is renovated very clean

The hotel with its unique design really has its own charm and vibe. The reception on the 4th floor across the bridge with "nests" - is WOW! Checkin and check-out was quite fast (staff is very friendly). The room is great and the beds are very very very comfortable. The hotel is so close to Gardens by the Bay - just 20 min walk. Thanks to the hotel and staff for the hospitality.

Our rooms were spacious, and we had a pretty cool view of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. The beds are taller than normal and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Near the Marina Bay area, and a mall is just across the hotel for last-minute shopping, or finding a place to eat. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. We were impressed with the variety and quality of offerings. It was a pleasant surprised to be offered a private room for our group.

the breakfast buffet. The presentation of the hotel is spectacular, especially with the amount of plants. The bird’s singing every morning was lovely. the gym facilities was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel.

- we had an absolutely fabulous view from our balcony (which is the reason we picked the room) - spacious and clean room - MRT station nearby - across the street from a shopping centre and food court which was handy for a casual dinner
